In the ordinary course, formal complaints to the CRO are confidential matters and the Party does not comment.  In this case, one leadership candidate has alleged in a media release that a formal complaint has been filed.  We are, therefore, taking the extraordinary step of stating that no such complaint has been filed with the CRO or LEOC.  We will not make any further comment on this matter.
